Health Insurance CRM, Part 1: Shifting Into Catch-Up Mode

Thursday, November 19th, 2009

The health insurance industry, especially in the U.S., has a long way to go before it achieves a high level of performance in the use of customer relationship management tools. Study: Underage-Solicitation Stings Nab More Web Predators

Saturday, April 4th, 2009

More people have been arrested in recent years for sexually soliciting youths online, but the sharp increase comes from better enforcement, and the Internet remains a relatively safe social environment, researchers said in a new study. The study, released Monday, concludes that open source software development communities have yet to adopt a secure development process and often leave dangerous vulnerabilities unaddressed. Additionally, the study found that nearly all OSS communities fail to provide users access to security expertise to help fix these vulnerabilities and security risks.
