Merchant Service Providers often don’t supply the full Terms and Conditions of the contract you are signing with them. The application is NOT the contract…but it says that by signing it you accept the Terms and Conditions of the contract. A reputable Merchant Service Provider will provide the full contract for you to read BEFORE you sign the application.
